Hi Ryan,

This is just a website. All my apps are web apps for your computer or phone, so nothing is downloaded. To keep one on your screen, tap the three dots on the right-hand side, scroll down to "install", and it will sit there looking like an app.

I've set up your account. Usually everyone has an ID check before they can access anything. Your ID isn't kept, only confirmed. I've done that step for you and opened everything, so you can just sign in and look around.

Why you're getting this. I've asked Tom and Michael for a favour, and these apps are my thank-you to them. The part that will help you most is sorting fan questions for TalkVille and Inside of You, which I suspect takes you forever. So I've designed two apps to take that off your plate:

• Fans send questions as text, audio or video, and the app turns audio and video into text.
• It sifts out the similar ones, so you never read the same question twice.
• It puts the rest in priority order: unusual questions, interesting questions and paying members first.
• You pick the final list, and Michael (and Tom) receive it.
• Nothing is thrown away: every question stays available.
